How to make a return:
1. Notify us: complete our returns form here within 30 days of delivery to let us know you're returning your item
2. Pack the items and include your order number: use the original packaging where possible. Place a copy of your receipt or order number inside the box so we can identify your return
3. Return the item to us: send the package back to our address below within 7 days. For international returns, ensure the customs declaration states "return" as the reason for shipment to avoid unnecessary duties or delays
4. Wait for your refund: once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund, usually within 3 working days

Time frame: the 30-day returns period begins on the day you receive your order or when the tracking shows the item as delivered, whichever comes first. You must notify us within this period if you wish to return an item. Once notified, you must return the goods to us within 7 days.
Shipping costs: you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the package reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
Item condition: all items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, along with any original packaging. If an item is returned with signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of restoring the item to new condition.
International returns: if you are returning goods from outside of the UK, you must ensure the customs declaration correctly states the reason for shipping as "return", otherwise we may deduct any import duties or taxes incurred by us from your refund.
Refund processing: after receiving the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 3 working days. Refunds will be for the cost of the product only, excluding any shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid. Import duties or taxes may be reclaimed directly from your country’s customs authorities.
