Price: We offer free worldwide tracked delivery.
Location: Orders ship from our workshop in the United Kingdom.
Handling time: We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-3 working days. However, as our items are handmade, handling time can increase if we receive a lot of orders.
Shipping Times & Tax Information
United Kingdom
Delivery method: Royal Mail 24 Tracked, or other Next Day service.
Delivery time: Usually within 2 days of when we send you your tracking number.
European Union
Shipping method: Free tracked international shipping.
Delivery estimate: 4-8 business days + handling time.
Taxes and import duties: You may have to pay VAT and import duties on delivery of your order. This is different for every country, so you will need to check with your local customs office to learn more.
USA
Shipping method: Free tracked courier shipping - usually FedEx or UPS.
Delivery estimate: typically 6-8 business days + handling time.
Import duty: currently, the base duty rate on our products is 0%, but additional US tariffs on UK goods may apply on top of this. As of October 2026, this is around 10%, but rates change frequently, so please check with US customs for the latest figure, or contact us if you think this is out of date.

Shipping method: Free tracked international shipping.
Delivery estimate: 5-10 business days + handling time.
