Terms and conditions

What is covered by the warranty:
Tisbury Audio products, when used in accordance with the guidelines in your user manual, are warranted against defects in manufacturing, materials, components and workmanship.

Time period:
The warranty lasts for a period of two years, beginning from the date of original purchase by the end user.

Who it applies to:
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable upon resale. If originally purchased as a gift, the warranty may be transferred to the recipient provided that they provide proof of the gift purchase, such as a receipt and a written confirmation from the original purchaser.

Shipping costs:
If an item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the costs of shipping both ways. After this period, you pay the shipping costs to us and we pay the shipping costs back to you. Loss or damage during transit is the responsibility of the respective sender.

What is not covered by the warranty:
Loss or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, abnormal operating conditions or use with third-party accessories such as power supplies.
Loss or damage caused in transit when the buyer is shipping their unit to Tisbury Audio.
Loss, damage or change in appearance caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity or excessively hot or cold environments.
Loss or damage to any associated or connected equipment when used with any Tisbury Audio product.

The following will void the warranty:
Modification or repair to products by any person or company not authorised by Tisbury Audio to carry out such works.
Removal of serial numbers or labels.

Your rights:
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
